Overview of Services
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LoopsKey, an AI-powered professional development platform offering learning roadmaps, CPD tracking, event discovery, and workforce development tools.
By creating an account or using LoopsKey, you agree to these Terms.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use LoopsKey.
Third-Party Events & Content
LoopsKey aggregates courses, events, and resources from third-party providers. We do not author or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party content.
Independent providers
Purchases, registrations, and certificates are governed by the third-party provider's own terms. LoopsKey is not a party to those transactions.
AI-Generated Recommendations
Our AI features generate personalized roadmaps, course suggestions, and insights based on your profile and goals. These recommendations are informational and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Use your judgment
AI outputs may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify critical information before acting on it.
Intellectual Property
LoopsKey, its logo, software, and platform content are owned by LoopsKey Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, including notes, CPD records, and certificates. By uploading content, you grant LoopsKey a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malware, scrape data, or attempt to bypass security measures.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your professional credentials.
- Resell, sublicense, or use the platform to build a competing product.
Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopsKey and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid LoopsKey in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend the service for scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
Account Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees.
On termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, but data export remains available for 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
